Located in dynamic and trendy East London, F45 Stratford is always looking to create fun and engaging content that appeals to their member base. For many, the gym is a second home so the content focuses on real stories from this unique community.
Trainer videos.
Who wouldn't want to be trained by sweet, smiling assassin Sana? In this series of videos, F45 Stratford, wanted to celebrate their eclectic group of trainers, who play such a huge role in the studio's success.
Using interviews alongside class footage and dynamic, on-brand graphics, I was able to capture the unique qualities and quirks of each member of the F45 team.
F45 Challenge.
Jack and Greg supported each other through the F45 Challenge in their own unique (and slightly competitive way). The aim of this series was to share the highs, lows, successes and slip ups of members as they embarked on a 8-week exercise and nutrition programme. It was a great way to celebrate their achievements and inspire others to sign-up for future challenges.
Tutorials.
To help members get the most out of their workouts, F45 Stratford wanted a series of movement tutorials to ensure members understand the proper lifting techniques. The series also included mobility routines to aid recovery and prevent injury.
As with all F45 videos, captions were added to ensure all content is accessible for the entire community.
Events.
F45 Stratford is more than just a gym, it is a community. The 'Stratonites' love a good party and the aim of the video was to capture the fun, frolics and friendships that continue to blossom outside the studio walls.
Rabiaa is a talented and conscientious videographer who has helped our business build a series of short and engaging action videos. She works well on tight deadlines and quirky client requests. I am very happy to recommend her services!
